1) All goods will be dispatched 1 working after full payment.

2) Goods should be received within 3-5 working days

3) If goods arrived damaged please supply a photo via email to prove damage.

4) Goods can be returned within 28 days of purchase if returned in original packaging and in good condition.

5) All our customers’ details will be kept private and will not be sold or rented to other 3rd party companies.

6) Our website uses cookies, please only use our website if you are willing to enable cookies.

7) Prices-All our prices include delivery.

8) To cancel your order it must be done in writing – Email – angelsmemorialscorby@hotmail.com

9) Cancelation by Us
we reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if
A) We have run out of stock.
B) We do not deliver to your area.
C) Your goods were listed at an incorrect price i.e. typo.

9.1) If we cancel your order we will email you to say so, and we will refund your account as soon as possible.

10) Liability
10.1) If the goods we deliver are not what you order or are damaged we will refund you on return of the item or proof of damage.
10.2) If you do not receive your order within 10 working days of the date you ordered and payed we have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing – Email.
10.3) If you notify a problem to us we will make good any shortage or non delivery, we will replace or refund you whichever you prefer.

11) Notices – All notices to us must be done in writing to our email – angelsmemorialscorby@gmail.com

12) Events out of our control – We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have orders or for any delay in doing so that is due to any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including: strikes, lockdowns, industrial disputes, breakdowns of vehicles, breakdown of internet networks, floods, fires, explosions, accidents or any excessive weather conditions.

13) Governing Law – The contract between us shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law.
